This page explains which personal data we collect when you use the popolnsluh.si website or send us an inquiry, what we use it for and what rights you have.

Data controller

What data we collect

When you fill in the inquiry form: your name and surname, phone number, email address, preferred impression location, type and quantity of earplugs and your message. For company inquiries also the company name, VAT number, number of employees and preferred deadline.

If we send the earplugs by post, we also need your delivery address.

When you call or write to us, we process the data you give us yourself.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, arrange an appointment for the impression, and make and hand over your earplugs. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (points (a) and (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Once your earplugs are made, we also keep data to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

How long we keep data

Data from an inquiry that did not lead to an order is kept for a maximum of 2 years and then deleted. Data related to an order and invoice is kept for as long as required by law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

If you choose Ljubljana as the impression location, your inquiry is received by our contractual partner Tarso, Luka Vrbinc s.p., Einspielerjeva ul. 6, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (email: cepkipomeri@gmail.com). The partner uses the data only to carry out your order and according to our instructions.

If we send the earplugs by post, we pass your name and surname, address and, if necessary, phone number to Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post), solely for delivering the parcel.

Providers that keep the website and email running (website hosting, email provider) also have access to the data, and only to the extent necessary for their work.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies that are necessary for it to work (e.g. to remember the selected language). If we use analytics tools or content from other providers (e.g. a map or video), we load them only with your consent.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send your request to info@popolnsluh.si.

Complaints

If you believe that we process your data in breach of the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).
